Mindfulness and Meditation for Daily Life

Mindfulness and meditation are simple yet profound tools that help us slow down, notice what is happening in the body and mind, and create a sense of inner ground. These practices support emotional regulation, ease stress, and cultivate a deeper connection to the present moment.

A Place to Rest and Reconnect

I offer a particular style of meditation, known as iRest® Yoga Nidra, which encourages restoration and deep rest. In a world that moves fast and constantly calls for productivity, these practices can be a gentle balm to the body, mind and spirit. iRest® gently supports you in releasing tension, restoring balance, and cultivating a sense of ease.

As a therapist, I integrate somatic awareness and nervous system regulation into my work. The mindfulness and meditation practices I offer are grounded in this same approach — gentle, trauma-informed, and adaptable to your unique needs. Whether you’re managing anxiety, grief, or cultural stress, these practices can help you tune into your body, observe sensations without judgment, and find moments of calm even in the midst of challenge.
