A Circle of Safety and Loving Kindness, an iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation Series

“In the end, we realize how simple life is when we accept this moment, just as it is, without pretending to be other than who we are. This is grace in action and the culmination of iRest.”  Richard Miller

A Circle of Safety & Loving Kindness

An iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation series

** This series is currently full. **

4 weeks: Oct 26, Nov 2, Nov 9, Nov 16

9:15 am – 10:45 am

Location – close to Mopac and 35th street

Cost – $85

I am happy to share my first four week iRest® yoga nidra meditation series from my home studio. This small group gathering will be an invitation to slow down, simplify and arrive as you are.  Our time will be devoted both to retreating inward and connecting with others.

The theme for this four week series will be to reawaken the quality of maitri (friendliness) toward ourselves and to recover the feeling of safety, well-being and ease from within.  While transformative on its own, this work is also the foundation for deepening self-inquiry.

In each class I will guide you through a meditation to commence our time together, followed by a check in. We will include a few minutes for pranayama (breathing practice) and/or gentle stretching to arrive a little more fully in the body. We will explore teachings related to the theme and how they land in our life experience.  To close, I will guide you through a longer iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation. Each class will gently build upon the last and you will be given the audio of the guided meditations for your personal use.

This is open to all levels of practitioners and the cost will be $85 for the whole series. Please email me at if you are interested and able to attend all four classes. Full attendance, outside of unexpected circumstances, will be essential to the group and individual experience.  I will email you to confirm your spot for this series. Doors will open at 9 am so that we can be seated and ready to begin at 9:15 am.
