Guided Meditation: Reset & Refresh
Today I am offering you a 20 minute guided meditation to begin your day. I shared this practice with the staff at People’s Community Clinic as a way to uncover intention, space and an underlying ease of Being as we navigate our work in the world.
Life and work will inevitably have ups and downs. Meditation can allow us to both navigate the currents of life, while uncovering an underlying calm that abides unchanged. This place of calm and ease can give us the support, skill and clarity to meet life as life is.
