Mindfulness Meditation Series in September

I am offering another round of mindfulness meditation series at Yoga Yoga beginning September 4, Thursdays at noon at the westgate location.  This series is one of my favorite offerings to the community.  Meditation continues to be an essential life tool for me.  Though life feels as unpredictable as before, with meditation I have experienced a more sustained sense of clarity and honesty in meeting challenges as they arise.  And along with that has come a slowly evolving kindness and compassion toward myself and others.  Through this series, I hope to share some of my journey with you.

Over six weeks, I will offer my experience and insights in establishing a home practice.  We will also cover the benefits and the methods of meditation in a clear and accessible way while rooting them in the wisdom that will make these tools meaningful in your daily life.  Together, we will explore the richness of our emotions and thoughts and how both shape the way we view and relate to circumstances.  If this is of interest to you, please check out the link below.
